The three Final Roadmap founders are close friends that have witnessed end of life from multiple personal and professional perspectives. While death will always be a complex, delicate topic, they are convinced that each of us can approach it effectively and thoughtfully given the right tools. After talking for years about the lack of comprehensive, accessible guidance for end of life decision making, Final Roadmap was born.

Our Chief Executive Officer has spent thirty years in the hospital industry, seeing firsthand the emotional, relationship and financial trauma caused by end of life, particularly if handled poorly. As a long-time management consultant, she believes that preparation and organization lead to good decisions. She has served on the Board of a non-for profit hospice for over ten years and has a master’s degree in Bioethics and Health Policy.

Our Chief Accounting Officer is an attorney who has over twenty years of experience in estate planning, often working with multiple generations of families. Her practice focuses on developing documents that are well understood and driven by her clients’ desires while they are alive and after they have died. As a parent, she has informed her children of their rights and privileges as each has reached the age of consent. As a daughter, she has advocated for aging parents with complicated medical disorders.

Our Chief Marketing Officer is an entrepreneur and businessman. He has started numerous small businesses and has a track record of outstanding customer service and customer sensitivity. He volunteers for numerous organizations including a hospice and coaches a Special Olympics soccer team
